Aya Fahmy joined Aspire HR Consultants – Middle East in February 2025 as Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In recognition of her growth, dedication, and increasing contribution across recruitment assignments, she was promoted to Talent Acquisition Specialist in September 2026.

In her current role, Aya supports search and selection assignments across different functions and industries. Her responsibilities include coordinating assessments and interviews, maintaining close communication with candidates and clients, collecting feedback, and supporting the Talent Acquisition Directo in each assignment through its different stages.

Before joining Aspire, Aya developed a diverse background in marketing, digital solutions, account management, client relations, and guest relations. This experience strengthened her communication, relationship-building, and organizational capabilities, which she now brings to her work in talent acquisition.
