Engy Sherif is the Regional Lead Consultant at Aspire HR Consultants, having joined the company in 2024. With over 20 years of comprehensive experience in various HR functions, Engy has developed hands-on expertise in Talent Management, Senior Management Recruitment, and Organizational Development.
Throughout her career, Engy has successfully managed and led senior positions in various prominent international and multinational organizations, particularly within the banking and financial services sectors. She has also spearheaded significant restructuring and reorganization projects for numerous organizations and banks.
Engy is a passionate keynote speaker at various universities, where she eagerly shares her extensive HR knowledge with students and future talents.
Her previous roles include positions at the American University in Cairo, CIB, Prime Holding, Ahli United Bank, and her last position was Head of Strategic HR, heading both Recruitment and Organizational Development in Ebank.
Certified as a Job Evaluator by Korn Ferry and Train the Trainer by Eslsca University, Engy also holds an HR Diploma and an International Advertising Association Diploma from the American University in Cairo. She graduated from the same University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, specializing in Integrated Marketing Communication and minoring in Psychology.
Currently, Engy is pursuing her passion for career coaching and is working towards a Career Coaching Certificate.
