Prior to her current role, she spent 10 years at Banque du Caire, where she led organizational development and talent acquisition efforts, contributing to HR policies, performance evaluations, and employee engagement strategies.
She also gained experience in executive search and recruitment consulting, supporting various industries in identifying top talent Candidates for 5 years.
She holds multiple HR certifications, including an HR Diploma from the American University in Cairo, a Certified Assessment Center Analyst accreditation from Middle Earth HR.
