This year’s theme was A New Name, A New Chapter – inspired by the recent rebrand and launch of the new alliance’s name Kestria, brand and website. Kestria partners from 40+ countries all over the world finally reconnected in person after almost three years and spent three days sharing the best practices and discussing current executive search trends.
On the last day of the conference, participants had the opportunity to listen to an insightful keynote speech by Jose Leyun. A Madrid-based seasoned executive search expert provided a global industry overview, including market trends and possible avenues to a future-proof search firm.
‘After more than 2 years it was fantastic to reconnect in person with members, including meeting those who have recently joined to strengthen the Kestria family. While Skype and Zoom have been great to maintain contact, our Barcelona Conference reinforced the fact that genuine trust, which is a hallmark of our alliance, can only be fostered by spending time together and sharing both personally and professionally. It was also a great forum to launch our new name and explore the opportunities that the rebranding provides,’ says Rohan Carr, President of Kestria Executive Board.
