On the last day of the conference, participants had the opportunity to listen to an insightful keynote speech by an eminent economist Richard Koo, Chief Economist, Nomura Research Institute. Richard is serving as a Senior Advisor to the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, D.C. and is a columnist for the German economic daily Handelsblatt. He provided an overview of the Japanese economy, its economic recovery and opportunities and specifics for foreign leaders and companies entering the market.
