While the last decade has seen Professional services firms become increasingly global in their geographical scope, the pandemic and focus on digitalization has further accelerated this growth in both, developed and emerging economies.

Manveet is an Executive Director at IRC India (Synergy Consultants). He is passionate about assisting global organizations to hire top talent with a specific focus on Consumer, Healthcare, Technology, and Professional Services. His ability to understand implicit and explicit client expectations, industry expertise and talent-connect enables him to search for hard-to-find talent, and also assist global clients to incubate and scale large professional services captive operations.
