Eli Rodriguez is an executive search consultant with Aspire HR Consultants leveraging her career experience in various leadership roles with both boutique and global hospitality organizations to support client organizations within the hospitality sector.

Her accomplished career with brands such as Estancia, Sonesta, Wyndham, and Trump International provides her with firsthand insight into service delivery, guest satisfaction, and business performance. Eli leverages this expertise to identify transformative leaders who align brand vision with operational execution across diverse segments of the hospitality ecosystem.

Eli is a native of Panama and holds both US and Panamanian citizenship.  Her fluency in English and Spanish, as well as multicultural experience, make her an asset for client organizations in both the US and Latin America.

Eli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Miami.

Eli and her husband own the Beechwood Inn in the northeast Georgia mountains.
