Nashwa is an accomplished business leader and strategic program expert with more than 20 years of experience across multinational corporations and international development organizations in Egypt and the Middle East.
Throughout her career, Nashwa has held senior roles spanning program direction and management, strategic marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem development. She has worked with leading organizations, including PepsiCo, Shell, General Electric, and USAID. This diverse experience brings a valuable combination of corporate insight and development-sector expertise to her work with leaders and organizations.
Over the past decade, Nashwa has focused on designing and leading high-impact entrepreneurship and leadership initiatives in collaboration with incubators, accelerators, universities, private-sector organizations, and ecosystem partners. Her work has supported entrepreneurs and emerging leaders while advancing inclusive growth and integrating a gender lens into program design.
Nashwa has also contributed to the development of influential entrepreneurial networks, including the Women Entrepreneurs Network, the Youth Entrepreneurs Network, and TIYE Angels – Egypt’s first network of female angel investors. Her experience in building strategic partnerships and leading multidisciplinary teams enables her to translate complex business challenges into practical and relevant learning experiences.
Through Aspire HR Consultants, Nashwa contributes to the design and management of executive education programs. Across different assignments, her role ranges from supporting the design and development of selected program components to serving as Program Director, coordinating faculty, partners, stakeholders, and program activities to ensure a cohesive, high-quality learning journey and seamless execution. She also supports the development and coordination of Aspire’s mentorship initiatives, including MentorHer, helping to create structured and meaningful mentoring journeys for women at different stages of their professional development.
