Ola El Sheikh joined Aspire HR Consultants – Middle East in January 2025 as Special Projects Manager. Following her strong performance, dedication, and increasing responsibility across client assignments, she was promoted to Search & Selection Director in September 2026.

In her current role, Ola leads search and selection assignments, working closely with clients to understand their business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective search strategies. She is always ensuring  a professional and seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Before joining Aspire, Ola built extensive experience across public relations, event management, advertising, and foreign affairs. She held key positions, including Public Relations and Events Officer at the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation, and also worked with DDB Egypt and the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt.

Her background in communications, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management strengthens her ability to understand different organizational environments, build trusted relationships, and manage sensitive recruitment assignments with professionalism and care.

Ola holds a BA in Economics from the American University in Cairo. Her versatility, client-focused approach, and commitment to quality make her a valuable member of Aspire’s leadership team.
